Request Authorization
Log into your account and select 'Request Return' to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Securely
Place the watch in its original presentation box and outer packaging, ensuring all warranty cards and manuals are included.

Affix Label
Print and attach the prepaid insured shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box.

Inspection & Refund
Once received, our horologists will inspect the watch. Approved returns will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
